With only 10 minutes of prep work, you will have a deliciously cheesy crockpot lasagna ready to come home to. This meal cooks for just a couple hours, with no fuss, and dinner is ready!

This Crockpot Lasagna was shared with me, by my Nana, in a special recipe book that she made for me as a wedding gift. It is the perfect combination of meat, sauce, tomatoes, and cheeses - layered together into a melty, mouthwatering goodness. It is a perfect comfort food and feeds many. It has quickly become a staple in our families dinner rotation, and it is loved by all.

  • I can of diced tomatoes (15 oz)

  • 2 cups of cottage cheese

  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  8. Repeat layering 2 more times
